OHSO Social is kicking off the summer in Brighton with some amazing parties, including our infamous weekend DJ nights taking in some of the best music and the best views in our city.
It’s the best part of the year, and we are one of the only beach bar’s with the best location to enjoy those warm summer evenings.
Whether you are looking for that after work drink on a Friday night, or pre-night out drinks, OHSO Social is the perfect venue to experience the best of Brighton whilst listening to the best DJs through until late.
Come and sit with a drink to unwind with friends, and enjoy the sunshine with the perfect soundtrack to the summer, with our DJs each and every Friday and Saturday from the end of May; the best way to start and spend your weekend.
Every Friday night you can hear Pete Castle and Mac warming up the OHSO weekend with some of the best tunes; Saturday’s sees the return of Mikee Hollywood taking you through the biggest night of the week, and from 25th June, Dulcie takes over OHSO Social on Sunday’s.
Pete Castle has been DJing for over 35 years; from big London venues to smaller out of town clubs.
Mak D has been DJing for over 20 years playing at hotels, parties & large corporate events across the south of England and London.
You can experience the blend of the two styles over the Summer at OhSo Social on Friday nights as Pete and Mak go back to back as the sun sets over Brighton beach.
Saturday’s Brighton’s Mikee Hollywood takes over the decks . Mikee has been on the local Brighton dance scene since the 1990s. His legendary Saturday night residency at Madame Geisha spanned over 5 years, being THE place to party.
He also had residencies at the world famous Zap club, Coalition and Digital, as well as international gigs in Dubai, Bali & Ibiza. You can hear his funky Summer tunes every Sunday evening on local dance station Codesouth FM.
You can hear Mikee playing at OhSo Social every Saturday evening on our terrace, playing the best deep Ibiza chalet; the perfect soundtrack to go with an evening drink watching the sun set over the Brighton Pier.
Sunday nights just got more fabulous with the addition of Dulcie Danger & friends playing Once Upon A Dancefloor with the best tunes to round off your weekends. Got work Monday morning? That’s fine it’s ‘School Night’ friendly as it all starts from 5pm going through until 11pm, so you won’t get told off by the boss! Obviously how much you drink is up to you ;-).
