Basil halloumi and roasted veg BBQ skewers.
Triple dip: black olive and basil tapenade, hummus, spinach and artichoke dips, served with pitta bread.
Homemade vegetarian anti pasti including in-house roasted Mediterranean vegetables, marinated Buffalo mozzarella & Manchego cheeses house olives, sun blushed tomatoes, homemade hummus and house marinated chilli pickles.
Charcuterie including cured and freshly sliced prosciutto, mortadella & chorizo.
Local cheeses including Sussex old mature cheddar, mild goat’s cheese and Sussex stilton served with homemade apple, red pepper & cumin chutney, wheat grain biscuits and a celery & grape garnish.
Mediterranean black olive bread with extra virgin olive oil & balsamic vinegar.
