Sometimes you need to push the boat out… and, we reckon we’re pretty good at that. If you want to make an impression, celebrate or just raise the roof, this is the menu for you…


Moroccan-style cous cous salad.
New potato salad with chives, red onion and chorizo.
Rocket, baby spinach, pine nut, parmesan and sub-blushed tomato salad.


Including cured and freshly sliced prosciutto, salami & chorizo.

Vegetarian Antipasti

Including in-house roasted Mediterranean vegetables, marinated buffalo mozzarella and feta cheeses, house olives, sun blushed tomatoes, homemade hummus and artichoke hearts.

Grilled Skewers

Chorizo with homemade salsa.
Basil halloumi and roasted vegetables.

Pork Loin

Deliciously roasted and served with glazed apples.

Roast Beef

Roast rib eye of beef served with a creamed horseradish sauce.


Delicately char-grilled Loch Duart salmon.

Seasonal Vegetables

Baby roast potatoes and seasonal roast vegetables are served to accompany our warm meats and fish.

Triple Dip

Black olive and basil tapenade, houmous, spinach and artichoke dips, served with pitta bread.


Mediterranean black olive bread with extra virgin olive oil & balsamic vinegar.

Local Cheeses

Including Sussex old mature cheddar, mild goat’s cheese and Sussex stilton served with homemade apple, red pepper and cumin chutney, wheat grain biscuits and a celery and grape garnish.

Eaton Mess

A rich decadent chocolate brownie Eton Mess, mixing strawberries, cream and crushed meringue.
